Terms & Conditions – RC Reliable Cleaner’s

By booking services with RC Reliable Cleaner’s, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

- Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [list payment methods].

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will address any concerns promptly.

5. Condition of Home

Clients agree to provide a safe working environment. Excessive clutter, biohazards, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed prior to service.

6. Damages or Breakage

While we take great care, accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. RC Reliable Cleaner’s will review and resolve accordingly.

7. Service Adjustments

If the scope of work changes upon arrival, pricing and services may be adjusted and discussed before proceeding.

8. Recurring Services

Recurring clients agree to scheduled service intervals unless otherwise canceled with proper notice.

9. Agreement

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
