Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with no additional fees or cost. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours are required a $50 charge.

Cancellations at the time of the scheduled visit cleaning voids any voucher, or appointment and the full cleaning payment is due.

Cleaning changes or cancellations MUST Be Communicated within the normal business hours (7:30 AM TO 8:00 PM – Monday to Friday) IN WRITING OR CONFIRMED BY PHONE and RC Reliable Cleaner's must acknowledge it.
