Includes 2–3 hours of detailed cleaning, based on home size. Ideal for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. Tasks include: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen wipe-down (counters, stovetop, exterior of appliances), bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs/showers), trash removal, and spot-cleaning surfaces. Keeps your home fresh and maintained. Supplies provided. Pricing varies by frequency, size, and condition of the home.
“All residential services are subject to an additional $20 fee. If you have pets, this fee is non-negotiable due to the extra cleaning required. This applies to all service types.”
Residential Cleaning Service Agreement Acknowledgment
Before providing residential cleaning services, I ensure that a Residential Service Agreement is sent out in advance to all clients. Specifically, for the cleaning service referenced, the agreement was sent the day prior to the scheduled service. This agreement outlines the scope of work, service terms, pricing, and any relevant policies, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding between both parties. Sending this document beforehand allows the client sufficient time to review the terms and ask any questions or request clarifications before the service is performed. It is my standard practice to operate with clear communication and professionalism in every client interaction.
