Residential Move-Out Cleaning – Starting at $280
Includes 4+ hours of thorough cleaning, depending on home size. Services include: inside/outside of all appliances, cabinet and drawer interiors, full bathroom scrub, baseboards, window sills, doors, light switches, floors (vacuumed/mopped), and dusting throughout. Designed to meet landlord or property management standards. All supplies provided. Additional charges may apply for larger or heavily soiled homes.

Residential Cleaning Service Agreement Acknowledgment
Before providing residential cleaning services, I ensure that a Residential Service Agreement is sent out in advance to all clients. Specifically, for the cleaning service referenced, the agreement was sent the day prior to the scheduled service. This agreement outlines the scope of work, service terms, pricing, and any relevant policies, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding between both parties. Sending this document beforehand allows the client sufficient time to review the terms and ask any questions or request clarifications before the service is performed. It is my standard practice to operate with clear communication and professionalism in every client interaction.
