Includes 4+ hours of detailed cleaning depending on home size. Services cover kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, baseboards, and high-touch areas. All supplies provided. Larger homes may require additional time and cost. Perfect for move-ins, move-outs, or seasonal deep cleans.

Residential Cleaning Service Agreement Acknowledgment
Before providing residential cleaning services, I ensure that a Residential Service Agreement is sent out in advance to all clients. Specifically, for the cleaning service referenced, the agreement was sent the day prior to the scheduled service. This agreement outlines the scope of work, service terms, pricing, and any relevant policies, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding between both parties. Sending this document beforehand allows the client sufficient time to review the terms and ask any questions or request clarifications before the service is performed. It is my standard practice to operate with clear communication and professionalism in every client interaction.
